These are a delicious sweet treat for those mid morning/afternoons to stop you reaching for the biscuit tin!
You can form them into balls ( golf ball size ) or squares as shown in my picture.
Recipe
12 medjool dates
2 tbsp. chia seeds
3 tbsp. nut mixed nut butter/almond butter
2 tbsp. raw cacao powder ( cocoa if you don't have it)
100g mixed nuts ( I use walnuts/almonds/cashews)
1 tbsp of desiccated coconut
Put all ingredients in blender/food processor and blend. Form into preferred shapes and refrigerate for 1 hour.
