All the B's!! Beautiful Beetroot Breakfast Smoothie

This is one of my favourite winning smoothie recipes that really wakes you up in the morning due to its amazing vibrant colour!

You will need:

1 cooked beetroot

a handful of oats

1 tbsp. greek yoghurt or non dairy alterative such as Soy, almond or CoYo

2 large handfuls of mixed berries ( frozen are fine)

1/2 banana

1 scoop of protein powder such as Purition ( or Whey to Go by Solgar (

300ml of unsweetened almond milk

Add to your blender and blitz! Full of healthy antioxidants , liver supporting and protein and fibre to keep you going all morning!
